Are these official DC products?

No. Terrain Express miniatures are fan-made, unofficial tributes created by independent artists for tabletop hobbyists and collectors. See our Fan Art Disclaimer for details.

What are the miniatures made of?

High-detail resin, 3D printed to order. They arrive unassembled and unpainted so you can build and paint them yourself — see our Printing and Painting Tips.

What scale are they?

Most figures are 32mm heroic scale. Full details are on our Scale Guide and on each product page.

How long does an order take?

Orders are 3D printed to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping transit time. See our Shipping page for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

What if my miniature arrives damaged?

Contact us at txterrainexpress@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery and we'll make it right — see our Refund Policy for full terms.

Can I request a custom miniature or repaint?

We don't currently take custom commissions, but we're always expanding the catalog — let us know what you'd like to see.

Is Crisis Protocol compatible?

Many figures are scaled to be compatible with popular skirmish systems, including Crisis Protocol–style play. Check the individual product page or our Crisis Protocol / MCP Compatible collection.
